You agree not to:

- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
4. Service Guarantees and Limitations
Important Notice: SEO results cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of search engine algorithms and market competition.
While we strive to deliver high-quality link building services, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or business outcomes. SEO is an ongoing process influenced by numerous factors beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of SEO LinkBuilder or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SEO LinkBuilder, its officers, directors, employees, or agents, be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages whatsoever resulting from any loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of our services.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all new campaigns.
If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your campaign launch, we will work with you to address your concerns or provide a full refund of unused services.
2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Eligible for Full Refund
- Service cancellation within 30 days of payment
- Technical issues preventing service delivery
- Failure to deliver promised services within agreed timelines
- Services not performed according to agreed specifications
2.2 Eligible for Partial Refund
- Cancellation after 30 days but before completion of monthly deliverables
- Unused portions of prepaid services
- Service modifications resulting in reduced scope
2.3 Not Eligible for Refund
- Completed work that has been delivered as agreed
- Services cancelled after 60 days
- Refund requests based on search engine algorithm changes
- Dissatisfaction with organic ranking improvements beyond our control

4. Billing and Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule
- Monthly services are billed in advance
- Annual plans receive a discount and are billed upfront
- Custom projects may require milestone-based payments
4.2 Late Payment Policy
Services may be suspended for accounts with payments overdue by more than 15 days. A late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance (whichever is greater) may be applied.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days. For credit card payments, refunds typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Note: Processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable. International wire transfer fees may apply for refunds to non-US accounts.
